unwanted blemish on my tongue after... Death fear!

dear all, I am having a unwanted blemish on my tongue after sucking a sex worker nipple..I am sure there was no lactating at that moment from the nipple..followed that I got many symptoms that extremely dry mouth, muscle pain,joint pain,weight loss, mucus discharge, muscle twitch all over body, swollen and painful neck glands, cold etc.. Because of this symptoms I took the ELISA test at 30days and Anti HIV1/2 rapid test at 65th day of post exposure. Both came as negative..but still I am feared to go for the next test. Because still am experiencing all of those symptoms..especially the coated tongue, muscle twitch and swollen glands. I think still am on the period of seroconversion..now it's my 4th month from that exposure. Please doctor, clear my doubt.. Am I going to die from HIV? will it turn positive on my next test? How accurate those past two tests?
