Q: Unusually large testicle

Hi, my boyfriend has an unusually large testicle. One is about the size of a satsuma and the other is very small, the size reminds of a humbug boiled sweet (sorry about the strange comparisons!). His scrotum is very tight as a result of this and if i were to randomly touch them he sometimes flinches away and doesn't like me to touch them. I was wondering of any of you guy's out there have similar testicles? I have had other partners and there bits were of a similar size with a baggy scrotum, just wondered my boyfriend's bit's are normal or if there is anything to worry about?!

Uneven testicle size is usually considered normal, except if there is a swelling , pain and a discernible lump at the bigger testis, that will warrant medical attention.
The testicles of a normal adult may range from 1.57 inches (four centimeters) to 2.75 inches (seven centimeters).
One testicle, usually, the left hangs lower and a bit behind the right one.
When the room temperature is lower, when stress is present or the orgasm is reached, scrotum contracts and pulls the testicles closer to body, and opposite.

What are "satsuma" and "humbug"? It't the first time I've heard either one of these words.

Scrotum size varies alot.. but it's hard to say about your boyfriend's situation since I dont know the dimensions of the mystery objects Smile

The uneven testicles should not be an issue as this is pretty much the norm, but if he is flinching when you are touching them, there may be a problem such as inflamation or swelling for which he should be checked out.
