Hello.... I have not have sexual intercourse in many months but have had oral recently. About 3 weeks ago I started having brown vaginal discharge, aproximately 10 days before my period was to start. I attributed it to taking my pills at irregular times for 2 days in a row. I figured once I started a new pack of pills after my period everything would clear up. i've had one pill of the new pack and there are no real signs of things changing. My period seemed normal.

Any suggestions?

This sounds like some breakthrough bleeding. The brown discharge is old blood. Sometimes it can take a few months for your body to adjust to a new bc pill. If this doesn't stop talk to your doctor. You may need a different pill.

I agree, especially if this is within your first few months of taking the pill. Give it a month or two to regulate and get used to your system, and if you are still having this problem, you should look into another type of pill or method of BC.
