unsure if i have herpes HSV2

In may last yrear I had unprotected intercourse with a female, and 1-2days after I experienced burning in my penis and burning in my testicals. So I went to my doctor and told him the situation and he said it could be a torn urithra which was causing me pain while i urinated. So I was given some pills and an STD blood test preformed.

one week later I went back for the results which was all negative for STD, I still wasnt convinced so the doctor recommended I get tested again 2 weeks later I got test with swab around my genitals and the results were negative for HERPES

3weeks later I got tested and the STD blood test was negative.

I then got tested again in october last year and the STD blood test came back negative all beside the HSV 2 which was equivocal I went to a sexual health clinic in December and got tested again and the STD blood test was all negative.

I then got tested in Febuary this year and the STD blood test was all negative beside Equivocal for HSV2

I am expereinceing pain and irration around my gentials and rectum for 15months now I have had a dozen swabs for herpes all negative i have had 12 blood tests in 15months which have been negative and some equivocal I have seen a infectious disease physican and he told me that I dont have herpes, I went to a dermitologist and he checked me over and said I dont have them, but I still am getting the pain from 15months ago sexual contact and I havent been with anyone since. I am doing my head in thinking I have herpes and its going to destroy my career. As everytime i read the symptoms of herpes i believe I have half of them that is pain around scrotum and rectum
irration and pain around genital area

Could someone please give me some MEDICAL answers.
