General Q and A Answer A5135

Most of the symptoms you reported are not specific. The possible diagnosis might range from stress (headache), anemia (fatigue, weakness) to certain neurological disorders (muscle aches, back pain). She should visit a doctor where even the usual laboratory tests might tell you what is happening.
