Q: Unsensitive Penis

I am 21 years old and have been masterbating for some time. Ever since I started being sexually active, I have never really been sensitive. I am unable to "get off" from sex. My partner thinks it is him, but I have explained it has been going on as long as I can remember. I have never orgasmed from sex. I'm worried there is something wrong.
