Current medical status: seems like all the blood can not get out of the bottom of my penis, seems like the lenght of my erection is shorter, not a raging hard on..no problem having sex or anything, just concerned about the extent of the penis.....

If you don’t have erectile problems while having sex I can’t see any sexual dysfunction in your case. It is not clear what you really want
