So I haven't seen my boyfriend in a couple of months now and by chance the exact time when I'm supposed to see him is when I stop taking ACTIVE pills. I just want to push my period back 2 days, is it okay if I take 2 "extra" pills? Is it detrimentally unhealthy?

Ive done this myself before because I always seem to hit my inactive pills when it comes to very important events. I am not an expert, but I didn't receive any negative effects from doing this, although, depending, your period might plow through extra pills regardless. I would just recommend if you guys are planning on having intercourse to use a backup method of protection during that time. TRUST ME you do NOT want to have to be worrying about if you're pregnant, a little step like that goes a looong way towards having piece of mind.

Hope this helps and have a good time visiting with your boyfriend!
