hi there....

I have been to thailand on a few occasions and i am worried sick that i may have contracted hiv....on my second last visit wich was about 2 yrs ago, i got very drunk and ended up sleeping with a bar girl and having unprotected sex......i have an ileostomy also and during the act i noticed that my pouch had split around the stoma area, this has concerned me because that area was opened to any infection at all and i think i may be a high risk of infection, i realise that i should have been checked before now but i have been really scared of this....the symptoms i hav been getting are recurring ulcers on the tip of mu tongue, runny nose, feeling tired, headaches, achey muscles ( especiallly my back ) and only just yesterday a really bad rash that covers virtually all my chest and my back, any advice would be great...thanks.
