unprotected sex after period

Didnt you think to take plan B, Chances are you are not pregnant as it take 14 days after your period to be fertile, But sperm can live for a week or longer in some cases, Or you could of ovulated earlier, If it is too late for plan B the only thing you can do is wait in till your next period is due.
In the mean time you should think about using some protection. Condom/ Birth control pills.
If your too young for a baby be sense able and go to plan parent hood.

I suggest using condoms only for right now until you get your period. If you ARE pregnant (which is VERY unlikely), taking birth control will mess with things because of the hormones the pills contain.

I think the previous poster was suggesting her to go on birth control AFTER shes confirmed that she is not pregnant, just so she doesn't run into this problem again...how long has it been since you've had unprotected sex? I believe you can take plan B up to 4 days or so afterwards however the later you take it the less likely it is to prevent pregnancy...also, be careful who you are drinking around, make sure you watch your drinking so this mistake doesn't happen again! I think you're ok, but you'll just have to wait it out and test if you dont get your period..be careful from now on! not only is pregnancy a worry but who knows what this guy could be carrying around! MANY guys are carriers for HPV and dont even know it bc it doesn't affect men, however if youre unlucky enough to get the strains that can lead to cervical cancer and genital warts then that rebound mistake is going to be something you're stuck with for the rest of your life...always use a condom unless you're in a monogomous relationship, and even then you have to be careful about your partners sexual history...

And you can still get genital warts even with a condom. Although I 'think' it has to be during an outbreak and skin-skin contact. I may be wrong.

yes you can still get many things even if you use a condom depending if the condom fails..however, the point is you're reducing your risk if youre using the condom...
