Q: unnatural sperm injection

Dear Doc,

My name is sameer working is K.S.A, And we are together from past 2year and 3 year are over for marriage till now no-child. we are consulting a Doc from past 1 year. now she advice us to go for this sperm injection to get pregnant.

So, i need Information about this injection and this is going to work
Advantage & Dis-advantage after giving this injection
health condition of both wife & child

Please clear my doubt before 26th of this month
