Q: Unknown pregnancy ?

I haven't had sex since August. In July, I had nipple soreness after having unprotected sex; a sign I know could mean pregnancy. But a week after that, I had my period, on time. Then I continued to have my period every month since them, all normal.

Eleven days ago now, I started my period, it was two weeks early. It was dark and slow flowing, though it started off red the first day. Figuring it was because of stress causing an early period, I didn't worry about it.

Today, after the flow went up and became a normal red again, I told my little sister about it. She said I might be miscarrying, having been pregnant without knowing it for four months herself. Miscarriages and pregnancy problems run in the family.

There are no pains at all, and other than the odd timing and dark blood, I don't see how this could be a stillbirth. I have no signs at all of pregnancy.

I'm slightly underweight with a BMI of about 16.5, and it has dropped from 18 since August. Could this have caused this odd period that's still going?

How could I be pregnant if I've had regular periods up until this month?

Also I can't go to the hospital, being that I have no insurance and already a bill from last year to pay. But should I even though it'd easily put me in another thousand or two of debt? I'm starving enough as it is.

I promised my sister I'd go if I was still bleeding in a few days, but I need to know if it is possible, what other causes may be that you guys know of, and what will happen if it is a stillbirth.

Today makes this my twelfth day of bleeding. Usually my periods only last half that, or sometimes only four days.

And thanks to everyone who answers. I haven't been here in almost a year now.
