Q: Unknown bug bite

So yesterday, I woke up and notice some kind of bug bite(?) on my left cheek. Its a small round shape ( a size of quarter) and I can see 4 or 5 small red dot. It didn't itch, just a little red so I just ignore it. BUT I woke up today, it became really itch and the dots became like zit size bump. Its pink color. There are also some light yellow discharge. I have never got anything like this before. What should I do??
