I had a cut on my testicles/scrotum. Very small from the electric razor.
I had a contact with a sex worker and unknowlingly she sucked my scrotum.

I had safe sex and she never sucked penis.
What is the proability of geting any infection from her sucking my scrotum. AIDS or any STD?

I am really worried and tensed

Welcome to e health forum.

HIV transmission just by licking the scrotum, by a HIV positive lady, does not result in HIV infection.

The titres of HIV in the saliva is very low, with respect to blood. And there have been no cases of HIV transmission in a male receiving oral sex.

Hence there is no need to worry.
