Q: Unilateral lymph node swollen

Hi, im pretty sure that my on my right side in my groin there is a swollen lymph node, im concerned bc i feel its really long, and its been there for awhile. There has never been any tenderness, pain, warmth, redness, just its presence makes me uncomfortable. What should i be concerned with, i have no other symptoms of anything ,i feel healthy, haven't been sick in over a year, but please any help to alleivate my concerns would be great bc ive stupidly tried to diagnosis my symptoms from online and its got me in a state of panic. any help greatly appreciated.
