Q: unhealthy sleeping

hi can some1 please give me some advice

im a 23 year old girl, who eats healthy but is constantly tired has no energy, sleeps always at least 12hours in 1 shot sometimes can sleep well over 24 hours, i get up in a morning and within half hour want to go back to bed, its unhealthy i dont want to sleep my life away, iv tried every thing, vitamins, iron tests, tests from doctor but cant find any thing wrong, please some1 tell me how to try and get my life back.

hi no im not depressed, but prob will end up being if i carry on sleeping my life away lol its awful im always tired constantly

Do you exercise? Exercise is actually a stimulus for energy. It helps circulate blood and gets oxygen to the brain. I'd suggest you try a 20-30 minute cardio workout. If you're young and otherwise healthy, this can be a boost of energy. Also, have you heard of ginseng? And do you drink coffee (maybe cut that out).

rainbow i am a hypnotherapist ,always had the gift, but went on to study the subject, i believe that that if insomania is cureable then this sleeping disorder can also be cured by hypnosis,at the moment i am starting a trial with a sixteen year with the same complaint as you,if you want you can pm me and i can let know the progress.
