Hey, it's been a year since I first started noticing the general 'unhealthy' look of my penis. I was extremely sexually active last year on my first holiday with my mates in Portugal. Roughly a week into the holiday I cut the back of my penis, the part that connects your foreskin to your actual penis. It bled out real bad but I didn't go to the doctor as it seemed OK after a spliff or two

. I had sexual intercourse numerous times with and without the use of a condom on the holiday.
When I returned, roughly a week or two into school I was taking a **** and noticed yet again some blood on my penis. I washed it off in the bathroom and carried on with my day. When I got home I had noticed a small semi-transparent spot/bubble on the right side of my 'japside' (sorry for the incorrect word, I have no idea what the real word is). It's been almost a year and it hasn't changed in size or color. It's has however disrupted the shape of my foreskin and pulled it more over to the left, making urinating difficult. Urinating is made more difficult by the sheer fact there is a small lump which directs the urine out about 10 degrees from a straight line. I often find myself sitting on toilets so I don't end up urinating all over toilet lids. I have also noticed that even though I do shake after taking a wee there does however sometimes be some urine that likes to creep out (a very small amount), often making wet patches on my trousers.
I have looked up symptoms for numerous STI's and STD's, and the closest one to fit my profile seems to be Chlamydia. As a student I not only don't have enough money to pay for the doctor/treatment but I am also afraid my mates find out if I do approach a doctor. I've been with numerous girls since then (with condoms) and they haven't noticed or complained, but it's something that has been nagging me for quite some time now.
Any ideas? Any help would be very much appreciated.
