Alright, as a virgin man myself, I wouldn't say it's way too unusual for you to get wet. You are only 20, very young, you will generally be turned on very easily. I have the same problem but I don't necessarily cum when talking to a girl in phone. I am just saying I would get very easily excited sexually because I have never had sex with anyone or in other words I am a virgin. In my opinion, virgins are easily turned on because there desires are high since they are inexperienced. Stress could be a contributing factor to your problem. Are you really worried about anything?

Weight Loss? Don't really think that's related with getting wet. It has more to do with metabolism and your food intake. You need to gain more calories than you are burning. Consult with your doc regarding how much calories you need to take.

Good Luck!

What is making you stressed. May be I shouldn't ask this but I can't help you without knowing this. By the way do you know your BMI. If not let me know your weight and height. Let's see if you are really in need of weight.

Artificially relaxed? You mean artificially relaxed after getting wet even though you actually had no sexual intercourse? Well, in my opinion, that shouldn't be a problem as well. If that was true then wet dreams would also be harmful but wet dreams are not harmful even though they also don't involve any sexual intercourse. Am I right?

Alright, you are 101 pound and your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 18. The normal range starts from 18.5. So you are only slightly underweight. It's really not a matter of concern because with age you will develop fat in your body. Not that bad an idea to stay slim. Make sure you get a healthy diet and your weight doesn't fall below this. What do you mean by loosing weight? Do you mean you were something like 50kg 1 month ago and now you are 46 kg. If that's the case, it could be a matter of concern. Stress may be playing its role in it. As I said, eat a lot of nutritious food and not necessarily the junk ones. Eat those food that contain a high amount of calory. Do some physical activities and keep your mind relaxed, a little bit of meditation may help.

For stress, I would say, you have to take what life gives you having made sure you have given your maximum effort. What has to happen will happen. There is no point worrying about it. Be honest to yourself and you don't have to be afraid of or worry about anything.

Don't worry too much about losing weight and looking fresh and all those stuffs. You may have lost some of the glamor becuase you have lost some weight. No problem, eat a lot of nutritious food, drink plenty of water, and you will start looking as good as before. At the end of the day, it's down to the person you are than how you look. I have a similar problem. When I leave for my university at morning, I look very glamorous but after coming back to home at evening I look very tired and it requires a good 2 hours rest for me to get back all the glamor! So make sure you are getting enough rest and more importantly sleeping enough. Generally, an average adult requires 8 hours of night sleep. Are you getting that?

Thanks for pointing that out. I am NOT a doctor. You have asked the question in the public forum NOT in the doctor's question section. Anyone can answer what you have asked over here.

Your objective is to get the sleep that's required. If you sleep normal that will help you to gain a normal weight. You need to sleep enough, NOT too less (say 4 hours) NOR too much (say 12 hours).

You will gain weight and your face will also look better but that will take some time. Like loosing weight, gaining also takes time. Wait for a few months and the results will be positive.

And I reiterate, I am NOT a doctor. You should visit a doctor if you consider your symptoms to be way too serious.
