This is a rather embarrassing problem, but I guess ignoring it would be even worse than asking about it. Anyway, my stomach was feeling off for a while today (I'd assumed it was to do with eating something bad), and when I went to the toilet I felt that I was constipated. However, whenever I pushed, I felt, um, stimulated. Eventually I got rid of my constipation, but now I feel like I have trapped wind, and again when I try and get rid of it I again felt aroused/stimulated/whatever it should be called (I'm asexual and don't really have any experience with these sensations, so I've no idea if what I've been feeling is just me being turned on, an orgasm, or anything else). Has anyone else had this problem? It's really worrying me, and definitely not pleasant for me due to the aforementioned asexuality!

When you push, the muscles in your pelvic floor are also contracting. Some women can orgasm by doing just that. I doubt that you had an orgasm, you would definitely have known that. But it is very possible that you experienced sexual arousal.

When you get sexually aroused, your clitoris and inner lips will swell up and your vulva and vagina will get wet from arousal fluid. Getting aroused will also create the desire to touch your genitals. So it is pretty easy to spot arousal.

Take care

I'm not sure that this was just arousal, then, as it didn't feel like anything that you described. It was more like a rushing, buzzing feeling that was mainly around my lower abdomen (around where I usually experience period pains) and my legs, as well as my face, but also going up all around my body. I also lost control of my legs briefly each time (I'm not sure about the rest of my body, as I was too busy panicking over my legs, and the sensation made my mind feel a little fuzzy), and it seemed as though everything suddenly looked partially whited-out for a moment. It'd be interesting to find out what this feeling was, but either way, it's a relief to know that it appearing wasn't a serious problem!

That sounds more like an orgasm than your first description. Was it pleasurable?

Not particularly. It was certainly overwhelming, and I think others probably would have enjoyed it, but being asexual I didn't like it at all. It wasn't exactly unpleasant, just strange.
