Q: unexplained nausea

I've had unexplained nausea for about 7 years. It's worse in the morning but often lasts most of the day. It is low grade (like mild morning sickness) and there is no vomiting but I do have belching, which is also worse in the am. I've had about every test you can think of including a test for gastroparesis, all of which were normal.
Three times in the past 7 years I've gone about a month with NO nausea and NO belching. Each time it has been after a course of antibiotics for sinus infection. Recently I commented to my husband that I couldn't believe I was feeling "normal" for about a month. He commented that obviously I did, because I had just been on antibiotics again. I've tested negative for stool for h pylori and my internist thinks it is a coincidence about the antibiotics. Any ideas?
