Q: unexplained fever third trimester

i have had a low grade fever for about 4-5 days. i dont have a cold or any infection that i know of and baby seems just as active as always. anyone has this happen to them? i go to the doctor on mon(its wed) so i guess i just wanted to know if anyone knew what could be the cause. thanks so much
