Unexplained chest pain and tightness

At a young age of 30 years, it is less likely, that you may have conditions related to cardiac disorders like angina.

Since the tests like Xray, EKG, and blood tests have been normal, it is most likely that your pain could be due to restrictive lung disease, musculoskeletal conditions like fibromyositis, or fibromyalgia.

You can try over the counter pain medications for the time being. Once your insurance issues have been sorted out, you can consult with your primary care physician, who can prescribe you better prescription medications (antidepressents, duloxetine, or gabapentin) which will help to control your symptoms.
