Hi
Welcome to the forum!
If you missed your period in September, then you must repeat the pregnancy test. If it is still negative and you do not get your period, then go for the test at a lab or a doctor’s. You can also go for a transvaginal ultrasound.
Unexpected bleeding can happen after stopping the pills or even during pregnancy. Increase in breast size, cramps etc also go in favor of pregnancy.
On the other hand hormone imbalance, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary can cause bleeding in between that look like periods and can cause increase in breast size.
However without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed diagnosis and treatment on net. Hence consult your gynecologist and discuss these points. Hope this helps. Take care!
