My fiance has an uneven sternum. Doesn't hurt him, but gets me just a tad worried. His right breast bone is slightly, not noticeable until you get close to him or touch it, higher than the left one. I've read posts with guys having the same issue except on the other side. Just wondering if anyone could shine a light on this.

uneven sternum
Wow, interesting, my son has the same thing. It has me worried. He has seen a doctor twice about it. Had an xray that showed nothing. Doctors don't seem to know what it could be. Any information would be helpful to ease my mind. Thanks so much for listening.

help with the chest..
the left side of my sternum protrudes more than my right side. im 20yo and have had this as long as i can remember. i dont mind it. it doesnt affect me in any way at all, other than just how my chest looks. i can still build my chest muscles and they work fine. i guess it depends on the severity of it, as severe cases of chest deformities ('pigeon chest', 'hollow chest' etc) can have an impact on cardiovascular efficiency..
