Q: Uneven muscle groups

I am 19 years old and i have noticed from past 2 years that my body's left side muscle group is smaller than right side. my right hand,right side chest, right leg, even left hip smaller than right !! i feel very uncomfortable !! plz help... Embarassed

i have the same thing going on with my body. i noticed that my entire right side of my body has a lot lower muscle tone, even though im right handed/footed. i noticed that i can't flex some of my right muscles that well either.
