Hello,
I am Kat and I have a few questions if you don't mind Smile I am 20 years old and noticed a few changes in my breasts.

More recently(within the last year I'd say) I noticed my right breast in larger than my left and I know all most all women have uneven breast so I wasn't to worried, but now it seems in be getting larger and larger(it might be in my head, or so I thought). It is starting to fall out of my bra, which my left seems to fit in just fine. I look at it from all angles, and there is a pretty big difference. I even ask my friend( I had a loose shirt on) when she looks at me if she could tell, and she can.

Also about a month ago there was a painful lump in my armpit, but it was like an ingrown hair, and I popped it and the pain went away. Now I feel a lump down closer to my breast that is slightly painful to the touch, and not where any hair grows(so no ingrown hair there). My whole breast seems a bit painful, more of an ache than pain but I have been touching it more the past few days.

I am just a little worried, I will be going to the doctor but probably not right away, because I don't have great insurance and I need to save up some money to pay any bills from testing.

What do you think my chances of having any tumors/cancer? I do have family history of it(an aunt or two I believe, not postive on that). I am not a "healthy" person, I do not exercise a lot or eat well. I am about 60 lbs overweight and haven't been to a real doctor in over a year. My last period ended May 6th I believe, there is no chance of pregnancy as I have not been sexually active in over a year(sorry, if too much info I want to cover everything). I do not due regular SBE's, and not too familiar with my breasts. Any question please ask, and thanks for anything and everything.

Hello, Kat!
Is the painful lump found in the area of armpit or it's located closer to the breast?
Does your breast feel tender, swollen and full with a dull, heavy pain?
Is the pain concentrated in one area of your breast that doesn't fluctuate with your menstrual cycle?

There are number of noncancerous (benign) breast changes other than breast cancer that can cause your breasts to change in size or feel.
