Many women have one breast smaller than the other. I don't think there is anything you can do about it naturally.

thanks! i just have always been ugh about it and i didnt want surgery but mite consider it

i'm the same way- one of my breasts is barely a size B and the other one is still growing (it is currently at a large C or small D). if it doesn't even itself out within time and with doctor help i will have to consider surgery as well.

When you are young you worry about things like this, but as you grow they seem problems in the scheme of things and you just pretty much forget about it. I personally would never have surgery unless I really had to.
