Hey - this is extremely common! There is no need for concern. Grown men often have testicles that are extremely uneven, and especially since you are only 13 and still growing.. it is very common for one to be larger then the other. If it will help you sleep at night, next time you go for a physical mention it to your doctor - but honestly it is completely normal!!
