sometimes my left ball hangs lower and sometime my left one does . is this niorma? i'm 13

uneven balls
that's totally normal. as you mature you will notice it even more. all guys have one ball haning lower than the other.don't sweat it!

This is totally normal. As a Massage Therapist I massage usually 4 - 5 nude guys daily and between that and my personal life, I can honestly say I have never seen a guy with even balls.
