Q: undiagnosed tremors

Having side to side tremors with head, uncontrolled tremors in hands and legs. Sometimes tremors even involve my entire body. No rhyme or reason to tremors. Only relief I get is if I lie very still and drift off to sleep. My neurologist is at a loss. Any suggestions?
