What is up with this pain? Lower right side, close to hip area. Pain extends down with cervical pain/pressure. No fever, no other symptoms.

Abdominal Pain Answer A5142
List of other diseases, conditions, or injuries and their treatment: have had 2 C-sections; have very heavy menstrual periods; have had 2 vaginal sonograms and ultrasounds to check ovaries and uterus--all negative
Current medical status: excrutiating pain as I awaken from lying in bed on lower right side; when I stand, I immediately feel the pressure to my cervix (inner right side) and sitting or walking doesn't affect it one way or the other. Much worse in the morning, but pressure to my cervical area is most intense. Side hurts almost all the time.

You do not experience an infection, otherwise, fever would have been present. The more probable cause of the pain is a tissue that puts pressure on the nerves that pass through the area. A tumor might be excluded because the results from the ultrasound examinations were normal. Most probably, a connective tissue developed after the C-sections. This connective tissue is somehow attached to the structures in the pelvis and when pulling them it also pulls the nerves and causes pain.
