I am 39 year old male, father of two, with excellent health. I have no health problems so far and I am not taking any medicines.

Ironically, I had never thought I do not have my left testicle. The left side is just flat and I do not knot even if I have my left testicle. I have not gone for a scanning yet and I have very recently found that I need to go for a scanning.

Please tell me;
- will I have a left testicle
- if i have, what is the procedure to descend it
- if i have it, is it necessary to descend it, since I never had any problem in my sex life or otherwise

I shall be very thankful to receive your expert opinion, on which I will take my next decision.
