Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on your investigation results findings without correlation with your symptoms and examination findings. Obvious results that can be interpreted are that your Sedimentation rate is elevated suggestive of some infective or inflammatory processes going on, and the ANA (anti-nuclear-antibodies) being positive that would suggest some auto-immune process going on in your body (common causes include SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis etc), and C-reactive protein levels (CRP) of more than 3 will also suggest some inflammation going on in the body. Discuss your test results with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and proceed with further treatment measures that would be suggested based on correlation of your symptoms with your examination findings and these evaluation results. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
