Hi Doctor, My name is swapnika. I am 29 years, and i weigh 36 kg. I am married for 4 years and all mine and my husband's reports are normal and i recently had D and C done and the report came as underdeveloped secretory endometrium. I am given tablets of Ova Shield, endogest tablets, and Amycordial syrup. Please tell me how does this problem effect my fertility. Plz tell me how much time it will take to get this treated and what are the changes of getting pregnant.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If there is underdevelopment of endometrium during the secretory phase, it will not be able to allow for implantation of fertilized ovum, and fail to support the pregnancy. Continue with the treatment as prescribed (to improve chances of pregnancy) and be in regular monitoring and follow-up of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.

Hi doctor, I am Metilda i am married 1.5 yrs aged 29, would like to conceive now.. tried for the last 2 months consulted the doctor she had asked me to take a general pelvic scan, evrything was normal uterus normal, no syst.. she had prescribed this tablet Ova shied and i had completed this course of tablets.. this month i was supposed to get my periods on 20th but missed the date and then by 2nd i had slight blood spots a thick blood discharge, i consulted the doctor she asked to take a home preg test.. it showed -ve.. i want to conceive soooon... please help
