under my ear there is a painless knot? If it is lymphoma..

I'm an 18 year old girl and under my right ear there is a painless knot. It isn't noticeable, I just came across it. I don't have any other swollen lymphnodes in my neck, armpits, or groins. I'm extremely worried because I have no clue how long it's been there. I had a CBC two weeks ago and both levels came back well within normal range and I had an EKG, heart monitoring, and aa chest x-ray which all came back clear. I have been experiencing muscle spasms (small ones) for two years now, but anxiety seems to be a big reason for it. I have a dr. Appt on the 8th and I'm going to talk to him about it. Lately, I've been experiencing a very bad burning headache that goes to my neck and on my nose. I've also been experiencing headaches on the left side of my head and lethargy. Does this sound familiar? If it is lymphoma, is it cureable?
