Q: Under head looks slightly bigger

I have no pain. Just when down penis looks like a small mushroom under head. When erected, It feels like there is a hard vein under the penis' head. It started showing yesterday. I am planning to see Doc in two days if nothing changes.

Anybody has clue what this could be.
