Q: under eye circles

I've had dark purple under-eye circles for as long as I can remember. They DO NOT go away no matter how much sleep I get or water I drink. I'm pretty healthy.

I used to think it was because I had a urine infection, but I don't think that's why anymore.

I am wondering if it's maybe iron deficiency anemia.

I just want to know how I can get rid of them FOREVER. I hate having them, they make me look like I'm SO TIRED or got punched. What are my options? Should i try taking an iron vitamin? Can I have surgery done and is it safe?

Please do not tell me to try tea bags or cucumbers, those don't DO ANYTHING. Concealers don't work. Again, I've had these forever. They don't go away even after the morning. They're always there. PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU.

I heared about the surgery and because im quite yound i don't really want to do that.
Iv'e decided that this is the way i look.
Although years of teasing was pretty harsh.

Water
Are you drinking enough water? You should take 8 glasses throughout the day. Don't drink too much tea, also. Control how much you watch TV or use the computer.

it works for me!
put two medal spoons in the freezer for a few minutes, then place them under your eyes and hold them there until the spoons become room temp. that will make the blood flow in your face speed up and make the blood thats trapped under your eyes move.

I've tried them all.
The spoons = Great instant idea, problem, it's temporary, so it only lasts about half a day, until you look tried and exhausted all over again.
Water = No matter how much water you drink, it will not help make our dark circles lighter
Make-up = It's a tricky one, but it is also very temporary.
Cucumbers = Doesn't really work, yeah sure it takes away a bit of the redness but my eyes are still dark.

Visine = blotting Visine on your under eyes sometimes work, but everything is temp.

Diaper rash cream - works a bit well... You do need to constantly do it, every morning and night.
It does become lighter the more you use it, but you also have to keep up with getting more hours and being well rested, as well as drinking water.

I hope this helps :p
