Im 19 and my right testicle has been up inside what I think is the canal all my life so far.. its located about an inch up from the base of my penis in the hollow of my pelvic bone (roughly).. until a few hours ago, the waistband of some pants pushed against it when I stretched up and the testicle is now in my scrotum but really tight and tender right up next to my penis.. im afraid to move much incase it goes back up. but ive never been able to push it down myself before.. the Vas deferens is really short or tight and it is pulling tightly. im just wondering what I should do before I damage it..

also take into consideration, I had an operation on the left testicle when I was 6 for what I think was probably the same problem, I have no idea why they didnt operate on the right hand one as it has been up inside my groin all my life..

Update
My right testicle has returned to its original position after laying in bed for a while but I am able to move it back down into the top of the sack and back without pain..

See a doctor!!!!
See a doctor! An undescended testicle can lead to sterility or cancer.
