I sometimes start shaking for no reason. My whole body shakes for about 40 seconds. Feels like minutes but I'm sure it is seconds. It is not related to being cold or having a cold, it has never happened at night. I am 50 years old female 5'10" 146 pounds. My health has not been good over the years. Anybody experience this weird shaking thing? Please help.
