I get these random shakes I suppose you would call them. Before and during the shakes I have a tingly feeling in my spine, very similar to chills. It's been happening perodically for over a year now. I can go weeks or sometimes days without them happening. And there is no psychological trigger to them as far as I can find.

I have been getting these a similar reaction for about 6-8 months now-like a chill-starts in my spine then kind of runs up my neck and through my arms-its very abrupt--have you found an answer--they are occurring more frequently and getting a little annoying

Shaking uncontrolably
I have had the shakes since i was 6 years old and im 27now and i dont know why. I feel like my spine and arms are totally chilled and it does up to the top of my head. Where i shake so bad my arms and upper body seasise up amd i cant move for a few seconds. i dont know if i should see someone about it or just keep what im doing

we have the same problem no one can actually pointed out the reason why. Woke up in the middle of the night starts shivering, whole body was shaking and twitching muscles. It was really desperateness of having check ups and drinking medicines that doesn't help. I had prostate enlargement, high cholesterol, Hypertension you name it. Any expert Doctors can tell what is wrong with me? please advice.

I have something very similar called Paroxysmal Choreoathetosis. You might look into something called paroxysmal kinsiagenic dyskenisia (pkd and pnkd)
