I've been feeling these symptoms: Extreme Anxiety which i am unable to control; (over the smallest of things, E.G: walking to a bus stop); feeling low most of the time, with the occasional 'high' moment, sharp chest pains, migraine more often than normal, an extreme lowering in my self esteem, and a loss of appetite. I find myself in tears for no reason more often than not; and i am having trouble staying asleep, but fall asleep in the day. I completed my exams (GCSE's) about 9 weeks ago and i had problems concentrating (which is not normal for me). I have had these symptoms for about 2 years now (to my recollection) and i don't feel i can handle it anymore. When it began i wouldn't speak to anyone and i never felt safe. I don't know what the cause is, and i feel it is having a negative affect on my relationships. I've been meaning to get it checked out but my anxiety gets the better of me; i also fear that my condition is nothing major and i will be sent away as a time waster. Sorry.
