I am a youngman of 23 years.since 2003,i have experienced unconscious and uncontrollable shaking of head, lack of concentration,excessive tiredness, anxiety,tarchycardia and pain on one side of the head, pls what could be the cause?

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

The symptoms mentioned are not due to the umbilical hernia surgery, that you had undergone previously.

The causes of such symptoms cannot be determined exactly without a complete physical examination and a few tests to rule out common causes.

Some probable causes include - thyroid abnormalities, panic attacks, anxiety or mood disorders, neurological tic disorders, etc.

Hence you might consult with a doctor, who can examine you and advice you accordingly.
