Uncertain if i am pregnant.

I have a list of very complicated situations occurring...

firstly, i have been nauseous for awhile almost 2 weeks now. My period did arrive this month about a week early. However, it was light and very strange. I got my period on the 9th and it was gone by the 11th with very light flow. This is unusual as it usually lasts 4 or 5 days with heavy flow. It then came back on the 12th and then gone same day. I started taking the pill on the first day ie the 9th. However i am still nauseous and i still having cramps in my lower stomach as though i am still going to get my period. I was pregnant last year but miscarried and I feel the same as I did then... what is going on... help
