Q: unbalanced testicles

hi ive been kind of concerned about a problem ive had for awhile now i dont know if it's really a problem or too late to do anything about it, and im kind of embarrassed Embarassed my right testicle is fine, but my left testicle seems to be broken up into pieces i dont know why or how but it happened i dont know whats going on. can someone help me? ive researched this it doesnt seem too common.

You need to see your doctor about this. I don't know of any reason for your condition.

yes i think it might be epididymitis but i dont have nearly all the symptoms its only the top near where the chord attaches to the top of the testicle feels a little broken up thats it it can be sensitive but i dont believe its inflamed or any pain really

^ that's what it sounds like to me. Go get it checked. Having any sort of infection or condition down there isn't good.
