Unattentive partner - stay or go?

I've been with my partner for 3yrs.
He works full-time and earns far more than me
and as a result pays for most things in the household. I feel guilty about this so do all the cooking, cleaning etc. However i think he's taking advantage as he does literally NOTHING for himself at
home.
He also pays me no attention. When he gets in from work he smokes weed and puts his headphones in and plays games on his laptop. When I complain about this he says he's been the one working all day and should be allowed to relax so I now feel guilty if I complain.
Furthermore he never compliments me or wants to do anything together - we've only been out for a meal twice in three years.
I still enjoy spending time with him and love him very
much but I feel as though if he loved me equally he would want to spend time with me. I don't if my reasons are legitmate to leave a relationship. Especially since I know I would really struggle financially if Ieft.
