Q: Unable to run
asked by: DoctorQuestion on March 24th, 2009
Why can't I run (or walk even)?
What's wrong with me?
I'm sort of ashamed of it and never shared it with anyone and I have always tried to avoid situations that might reveal my condition.

Your question involves the pain in your shin during running.

It may be beneficial to find a qualified soft-tissue therapist such as a rolfer or neuromuscular massage therapist to asses the area where your pain is. It is possible you have a soft-tissue adhesion or nerve entrapment in the area.
