Q: unable to get ultrasound

I went in for my ultrasound on Saturday to see if I actually miscarried, only to find out that they don't "Do" them on Saturdays. This really ticked me off seeing that I called earlier in the week to make sure I didn't have to set up an appt. They said "no, you just come in" The order I have that was written specifically from the doc says to do the test Saturday, August 2. When I showed them that, they said "wow, we don't know what she was thinking" They said though that I could have refused to leave and made them call in the technician, but the bill would be huge and insurance probably wouldn't cover it if I did it that way....so I was left with quite a predicament. So they rescheduled me for Today, at 4 which I already told them I can't do, because I have no way to get there, and me and my husband actually have jobs that go to 5. I preceded to tell them that they were very unorganized and didn't need to act as if this wasn't a big deal. I told them that this ordeal has been emotional enough for me and that they were making it that much worse by jerking my chain around about the scheduling and they need to get their act together. So....I'm going to call today to see if they can reschedule me for sometime this week. I'll have to find a babysitter for my son, and have my husband and I get off work early for this. So I have to wait extra days just to find out what is going on. So stinking stressful.
