Q: Unable to get pregnant

i just had a implanon removed and while i had it on the first month i had a miscarriage now i recently removed it and been trying to get pregnant but everytime my husband ejaculates it all comes back out and i cant get pregnant nomatter what. so tell me what is going on, and what should i do?

Ejaculate always comes out, it isn't supposed to stay inside you.

How long have you been trying to get pregnant? It takes the average healthy couple a year to conceive.
