Ok so this is starting to annoy me, its like i cant burp, then i produce acid which makes it hard to sleep because i feel as though im going to throw up WHAT CAN I DO ?

I really can't tell why you can't burp, but is probably due to some difficulties with your lower esophagus sphincter(muscle) functioning.
What is obvious is that you are starting to experience symptoms of acid reflux.
