Hi All,

Am hoping you can help.......my partner,(34) whilst not yet diagnosed with hypertension....we have been monitoring his blood pressure for the last month with a home monitor.... His father has had a tripple bypass after heart attack at the age of 45.

The reason for monitoring him is because of palpertations, headache, bad mood, stress, depression.

My question is.... Is it common to have negative emotions/feelings as a result of having hypertension?

He is ranging from 140/110 up to 160/120!!!!! I know this is not good.

He drinks excessivley, smokes and whilst having a manual job takes no exercise.....he now has a good diet with fresh fish and salads etc but for years lived on micromeals.

HELP!!!!
